Living in Cape Hayat feels like a breath of fresh air—it's peaceful and surrounded by beautiful natural views that are perfect during my weekend hikes or evening strolls. Even though it's a bit away from busy parts of Ras Al Khaimah, having quiet streets and less pollution makes my day-to-day quite pleasant. It’s a great place when you want to be close to nature without completely giving up city comforts.

Getting around can sometimes be a hassle since public transport options are limited, and you often need a car to reach almost anywhere. There's also not a large variety of restaurants nearby, so for dining or social outings, you kind of have to plan and head downtown, which feels inconvenient especially after a long workday.
