There’s a good vibe around here with easy access to public transport and plenty of shopping nearby. It’s a neighborhood where you can grab a nice meal, settle in for the evening, and feel comfortable walking around after work. The safety here definitely gives peace of mind, which is quite important for someone like me who sometimes stays out late for meetings or socializing.
السلبيات
It would be nice to see more green spaces or parks close by because it feels a bit concrete-focused. While there are dining options, sometimes it feels like you need to look hard for something that’s a bit different or unique. That being said, it’s not a big issue but something to keep in mind if you prefer a more nature-connected setting.
