The location is really handy if you need quick access to the metro and many parts of the city, which makes commuting much less stressful. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the safety levels feel good, especially during the evenings. Plus, the roads around the area are well-maintained, so driving or taking a taxi isn’t much of a hassle.
السلبيات
It does lack green spaces where you could step out for a quick walk or some fresh air, which would have been a great addition considering the busy city vibe. Also, despite some eating options available, the variety isn’t huge and I mostly find myself going a little further out for better dining experiences. It would be nice if it was a bit cleaner and had some more community or bike-friendly facilities too.
