The location here really makes day-to-day living simple, especially with the nearby tram and metro access which perfects your commute whether you're heading into the city or elsewhere. Getting a decent bite is never a hassle with a wide variety of restaurants straight outside the doorstep, not to mention easy nearby shopping. In general, you feel quite safe and the area’s well-maintained lighting and cleaner streets add to the sense of comfort here.
السلبيات
While it's great in many ways, the lack of green spaces nearby is something missing if you enjoy some outdoor downtime. Also, if you’re into staying active, there aren’t many gyms within easy reach, nor do community centers or bike lanes help with keeping fit or socializing outdoors. It’s definitely more of a hustle and bustle spot without that refreshing natural touch.
