The view of the water from the apartment never gets old, and it makes winding down after work really relaxing. Being part of a quiet community where safety is taken seriously was a huge relief. Plus, having easy access to decent shopping centers means errands never feel like a chore.

It can sometimes feel a bit isolated because taking public transport here isn’t very convenient, and that limits spontaneous trips downtown. Also, dining options right nearby are quite limited, so it encourages cooking at home more often than I'd prefer.

There’s such a great mix of restaurants along the waterfront, which makes it easy to grab a nice meal without traveling far. The area feels very safe and well cared for, and the atmosphere has a relaxing but vibrant vibe that fits perfectly with my lifestyle as someone who works mostly from home.

Transport can be a bit of a hassle since it’s not particularly well-connected to public transit, so having a car is almost a must. Also, the layout is quite spread out, which makes walking around less convenient unless you're just going along the beachfront.
