The area feels clean and is never overcrowded, so walks outside are pretty relaxing. Also, it’s easy to find good food nearby, which fits nicely with my busy schedule.

Sometimes it felt like there weren't enough green spots nearby to just sit and relax closer to nature. The dining options within very short walking distance are somewhat limited, so you often find yourself traveling out a bit for variety. Also, while it’s generally safe, a bit more attention to nighttime lighting would make those late walks more comfortable.
