The location is wonderfully accessible with plenty of public transport nearby, making daily commuting easy. There's a great variety of restaurants along the marina, and walking by the waterfront gives a nice sense of calm despite being right in the city. Shopping amenities are a stone’s throw away which made errands really convenient during my stay.

Negatives

It’s a bit lacking in green spaces if you’re hoping for more parks or natural spots to unwind in, and cycling isn’t the easiest here since bike lanes are basically non-existent. If you’re someone who likes a bit more greenery or bike-friendly paths, this might feel a little limiting.

The gardens nearby add a tranquil touch, and there's just something so special about taking in the stunning views each evening. While I adore this area, I did notice that there's a lack of community centers which could bring residents together more. Also, sometimes the pollution can overshadow the beautiful setting, particularly during busy times. A little green space is dreamy, but too much hustle and bustle can be a bit distracting.
