I appreciated living in Amaranta 3 because the surrounding community areas and parks made it easy to get some fresh air and unwind after a long workday. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood which felt safe, especially in the evenings which is a big plus when you're working from home and want to balance calm with convenience. The nearby shopping centers were pretty handy for day-to-day needs without a long commute.
Negatives
The biggest downside was definitely the distance from major public transport options, so owning a car felt more necessary than I had expected. Also, the nightlife options around here are limited, which might feel a bit quiet if you’re into more social outings on the weekends.

Villanova feels peaceful and well kept, which orients a great vibe for winding down after work. The green spaces nearby are perfect for an afternoon jog or simply some fresh air over the weekends. It’s nice knowing I can get around reasonably easily despite it not being super close to the city center.
Negatives
Options for dining out are a bit limited if you want something spontaneous, so it often means heading a little further for decent restaurants. Also, nightlife isn't really active around here, so it’s more of a place for calm evenings rather than late-night socializing.
