Living in Al Sufouh 2 made getting around pretty convenient thanks to Etihad Rail and the tram close by. It was easy to pop out for dinner or grab a coffee since there were plenty of decent places within walking distance. As someone who likes evening strolls, I appreciated how safe the area felt at night and how quiet the streets often were compared to busier parts of Dubai.

While there are some good eating spots, if you’re picky or used to a wider range, it can get a bit limited. Also, if you like cycling, finding nearby bike lanes was tough, which made getting out on a bike less enjoyable.
