It's a great spot if you want to be in the heart of things with easy access to the metro and lots of dining options nearby. The neighborhood feels secure, especially in the evenings, and there's plenty of shopping just a short walk away, which is convenient after work.

Negatives

The biggest downside for me was the lack of green spaces. It feels a bit congested and on some days, the pollution can be noticeable. For someone who likes going out for a stroll in the park, this might get tiresome after a while.
