It's a good spot if you value being well connected; getting around town was pretty straightforward and the access to public transport helped a lot on busy days. The area felt secure even in the later hours, which, for me, is quite important. There were also decent dining options not too far away, making it easy to grab a quick bite or meet up with friends.

The biggest drawback was the lack of nearby green spaces, which felt limiting whenever I wanted a bit of nature or relaxation outside. Some streets weren’t in the best shape and walking around could get a bit uncomfortable. It sometimes felt a bit barren in terms of atmosphere, especially compared to other areas I’ve lived in.
