There are plenty of dining options and shopping malls nearby, so I always have somewhere to unwind or grab a bite without any hassle. The road infrastructure here is well-maintained, which really eases daily travel.

It can get a bit noisy around Sheikh Zayed Road and I do notice the air isn’t the freshest given the traffic. The lack of green spaces around means I have to plan other places a bit further out when I want some fresh air or a weekend stroll. Biking here isn’t the easiest either since dedicated bike lanes just aren’t available.
