Bayz 101 has great connectivity, so getting around Dubai is very easy, which definitely made my daily commute less stressful. The nearby restaurants offer quite a variety of options when I just don't feel like cooking after work, and being close to Business Bay’s main shopping areas meant errands never felt like a chore. It felt safe walking around even late evening, which mattered a lot to me.

Negatives

One downside was the lack of nearby green spaces, which sometimes made it hard to find a quiet place outdoors to unwind. Also, for someone who enjoys cycling or walking, not having bike lanes nearby was a bit disappointing and made those activities less accessible.
