Having the tram stop nearby makes commuting to downtown Dubai pretty straightforward, which is a big plus for someone commuting daily. I also appreciate the quiet yet vibrant vibe — it’s peaceful, but there are still decent restaurants around when I want to step out.

It's a bit limited when it comes to dining options around immediate vicinity, so occasionally I find myself often venturing out to other parts of the city for variety. Also, there isn’t really a community center close by, so social or recreational activities are mainly what you create yourself or find farther away.
