There are some lovely parks and open spaces nearby, which make it perfect for morning runs or calming evening strolls. For someone like me who works remotely, I enjoy the quieter streets combined with easy access to a few shopping malls for when I need to pick up essentials or just browse occasionally.

It can feel a bit isolated if you rely heavily on public transport, as it's quite a walk from main bus routes and there just aren't many dining choices close by. So if you film long busy days filled with many errands or social plans, this might not be the most convenient spot.
