There are little parks and green spots where I could escape the workload and enjoy fresh air when I needed break from the screen.

The evenings could feel a bit unsafe because some streets aren't properly lit, which is a little worrying when walking after dark. Traffic can get quite loud at times, which affected the overall quiet I hoped for while working.
