About Centrio Ladprao 48
Discover Centrio Ladprao 48: A Unique Spot in the Heart of Bangkok
Right in the middle of the busy Ratchada-Lat Phrao area, Centrio Ladprao 48 is a charming, low-rise condo that gives you a cozy living space in Bangkok. Created by Samran Creation Co., Ltd., part of Baan Sinthap, this small but noticeable project is for those who want a cozy urban escape without giving up on the essentials. It's perfect for people or families who value convenience and privacy every day.
Find Your Personal Space Here
Centrio Ladprao 48 offers a homey, community vibe with 52 units spread over five floors, unlike the tall, impersonal high-rises you often see in Bangkok. Choose from studios, and one or two-bedroom units, ranging from a snug 29.5 square meters to a roomy 84 square meters.
Each unit comes fully furnished with functional and stylish pieces for today's needs. While you might need to bring your own bed and a few decor items, you'll find all the essential built-in and free-standing furniture ready for you—a great starting point if you want to move in without too much fuss. Every unit except the studios comes with a 12.5 square meter parking space, which is incredibly helpful given the usual city traffic issues.
Convenient Features for Everyday Life
- Fully Furnished Units: Move in quickly with essential furniture already in place.
- 100% Parking Allocation: Private parking is a huge bonus in this busy area.
- Accessibility: One elevator serves the whole building, making it easy for the few residents here.
- Additional Facilities: Enjoy a lobby, fitness room, and convenience shops for everyday needs.
- Security: Stay secure with a CCTV system and access control cards.
Explore the Neighborhood
Centrio is tucked away on Soi Lat Phrao 48, about 800 meters from the main Lat Phrao Road. It might seem a bit hidden, but it's actually in a great spot for getting around Bangkok. With main routes like Lat Phrao, Ratchada, Huai Khwang, and Ram Intra nearby, it's easy to drive to different parts of the city. But keep in mind that without your own vehicle, the alleyways could be challenging.
While the immediate area around Centrio doesn't offer many shopping or dining options, the bustling city life of Bangkok is just a short trip away. If you like a balance between privacy and city amenities, this is a great place to be. You can hop on a motorcycle taxi right outside for short trips.
Living at Centrio Ladprao 48: What to Expect
Daily life is comfortable and practical here thanks to its thoughtful layout and prime location. While the alleys leading up to the property can feel like a puzzle, especially during morning rush hours, they actually help keep the noise of the city at bay. Once you step outside, you'll experience a vibrant local culture with everything from charming markets like Saphan Chan Phan to calming canal views.
If you're new to the area, it's worth noting that while the nearby Lat Phrao Canal might sometimes surprise you with its scent, it's generally odorless, which challenges the typical city living expectations in Bangkok.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
