Explore Bangkok Horizon Lazi: Your Urban Retreat
Right in the bustling center of Bangkok, Bangkok Horizon Lazi stands out as a modern high-rise crafted by the well-known CMC Group (Chaopraya Mahanakorn PLC). As the fifth project in the Bangkok Horizon lineup, this place aims to mix city convenience with peaceful home living, perfect for today's lifestyles. Situated in Soi Narathiwat Ratchanakarin 14, this 24-story building features 268 units, offering a range of designs to match various tastes and needs. It's more than just a residential building; it's a well-thought-out approach to creating a tight-knit community in a changing city.
Main Features
Bangkok Horizon Lazi is special for its great location and clever design. Spanning about 1-2-50 rai, the building caters to different preferences with its one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and duplex options, and it also offers amenities that consider what its residents might need. With unit sizes from 27 to 80 square meters, each space combines coziness and practicality, a key feature in Bangkok's lively urban scene.
Living Here
This high-rise is carefully planned to make daily life comfortable while encouraging an active lifestyle. Residents can choose from furnished units starting at around 3.09 million baht, roughly 100,000 baht per square meter. Features like melamine kitchen doors and digital door locks aim to provide convenience and security for those living here.
Beyond individual apartments, the common areas of the building are equipped with various amenities. Basics like the swimming pool, fitness center, and library cover everyday needs, while extras like a golf simulator and game room add some excitement. Practical elements such as high-speed WiFi, landscaped gardens on each floor, and a well-organized elevator system make life even more convenient.
A Blend of History and Practicality
Located where the once-busy Warat Shopping Center was, Bangkok Horizon Lazi offers a historic setting for future residents. Though Warat is no longer a weekend market, the area still holds appeal as a charming residential community. It's just about 350 meters from the BRT bus station at Bangkok Technical College, making daily travel not only possible but also easy.
The location is ideal for those needing flexible travel options. The BRT makes it simpler to avoid Bangkok's famous traffic jams, with straightforward access to Sathorn and BTS at Chong Nonsi. With entry and exit points on Narathiwat, Chan, and Sathon Roads, driving is convenient, and proximity to expressways is an advantage. Although direct access to the BTS involves a BRT transfer, there are other practical commuting choices like motorcycle and conventional taxis in the area.
Community Feel
This development is situated in a community where life's necessities are close by. From a variety of eateries located in the soi to convenience stores like 7-Eleven and ATMs, everything you need is just a short walk away. Plus, larger shopping destinations like Central Rama 3 and Lotus are within easy reach, making basic errands and leisure shopping hassle-free.
Aside from practical conveniences, the area hosts a lively social scene filled with dining spots and social venues. This makes Bangkok Horizon Lazi more than just a place to live; it's a community where you can get involved and enjoy.
A Considered Choice
While this project stands out as an advanced residential option, potential buyers should consider a few practical points. There's no shuttle service here, which some might expect at this price range. Some furnishings might not fully meet luxury expectations based on their price. However, the overall design, quality of shared spaces, and flexible unit choices make it a solid residential option in Thailand's capital city.

(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
