About Aspire Sukhumvit 48
Take a Look at Aspire Sukhumvit 48
Right in the lively heart of Bangkok, there's a new real estate spot called Aspire Sukhumvit 48. It's been put together by AP (Thailand) to offer a peaceful yet well-connected place to live. You'll find it in the bustling Thonglor - Phra Khanong area, known for its accessibility and diverse lifestyle options. Aspire Sukhumvit 48 gives you the perks of city life with the calm of a residential neighborhood. Here’s why this spot stands out for urban dwellers.
A Quick Overview of the Development
Aspire Sukhumvit 48 features two high-rise buildings— the North and South Towers— plus a separate car park tower. It offers various units like studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, appealing to different tastes and lifestyles. With sizes ranging from a neat 25 square meters to a roomy 64 square meters, there's something for singles, couples, and small families.
The price is a big plus here, starting at about 1.7 million baht, or roughly 68,000 baht per square meter. This makes Aspire Sukhumvit 48 a tempting option for anyone wanting to live close to the BTS Phra Khanong station without paying the usual city-center premium.
What's Inside Aspire Sukhumvit 48
Every unit in Aspire Sukhumvit 48 is designed to make the most of space and function. With smart layouts, even the smaller units feel open and spacious. Big windows let in plenty of natural light, adding warmth and comfort to the living areas.
Residents get to enjoy a variety of amenities tailored for modern living. There's a swimming pool, fitness center, and communal spaces for relaxing and socializing. Plus, the place is protected by 24-hour security for added peace of mind.
A Handy Neighborhood
Sukhumvit Soi 48 is just a short stroll away from all the essentials and lifestyle spots you might need. When you're only about 600-700 meters from the Phra Khanong BTS station, getting around Bangkok is a breeze. This is especially handy for professionals heading to the business district or students attending nearby schools.
You'll find a mix of local dining spots, street food stands, and modern conveniences in the area. There's even a nearby 108 shop for quick access to everyday items, and a variety of dining and entertainment options in Phra Khanong are just a quick walk away.
For drivers, there are multiple ways to navigate the city, like Rama 4 Road, Sukhumvit 50 Expressway, and Soi 48 itself, making it easier to manage Bangkok's traffic.
Things to Think About
While Aspire Sukhumvit 48 is an appealing place to live, considering the practicality of its location is essential. The road leading to the development can be quite empty and a bit isolated at night, which might be a concern for some pedestrians. But with the convenience of owning a car and multiple road access points, this issue is somewhat mitigated.
Parking is another thing to think about. Residents need to park in a separate parking tower and use an elevator to get to their buildings. While this is common in high-density areas, it's something to consider if direct home access is a priority.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Hello you interested prawet area?
Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
