The Address Sathorn: A Close Look at City Living
Situated right in the lively center of Bangkok's business district, The Address Sathorn really shows off what modern city living is all about. Created by AP (Thailand), this 40-story condo mixes modern style with practical features. Whether you're a city worker or a family wanting city convenience with lifestyle perks, The Address Sathorn has plenty of living choices among its 562 apartments.
Comfortable Living Areas
At The Address Sathorn, you can choose from 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartments, fitting different lifestyle needs. These units range from 46 to 138 square meters, giving enough space to live comfortably. The interiors are practical and stylish, with engineered wood flooring and various furniture choices.
Each apartment is fully furnished and has a modern kitchen with a synthetic stone pantry, stainless steel sink, and kitchen gadgets like an Electrolux microwave. The semi-open layout makes the homes feel more spacious and versatile, and the big windows in the bedrooms let in loads of natural light.
Amenities for Relaxation and Entertainment
The Address Sathorn comes with a bunch of amenities designed for a great living experience. You can enjoy two luxurious swimming pools—one indoors with a 180-degree view and an artfully designed outdoor pool. There are also two fitness rooms with plenty of exercise equipment for different workout styles.
For a bit of peace and quiet, there's a relaxing garden area perfect for unwinding or taking a walk. Other conveniences include a multipurpose room/business center, several steam and sauna rooms for relaxation, and parking space for 465 cars, showing the developers' dedication to offering a complete living experience.
Convenient Location for Everyday Needs
Located on Sathorn Soi 12, The Address Sathorn benefits from being in the bustling Silom-Sathorn area, well-known as Bangkok's business hub. While it's not right on top of a BTS station, it’s a short walk to Chong Nonsi station, around 470 meters away. For those walking around, the area is well connected to major roads and the upcoming MahaNakhon project will improve accessibility and local vibrancy further.
Even though it's in a busy area, the direct surroundings are relatively calm, offering a retreat from city noise. The neighborhood has plenty of local amenities, with schools like Assumption College and Bangkok Christian College nearby, making it a good pick for families.
A Candid View from a Seasoned Reviewer
After taking a detailed look, a few extra things caught my attention. The building's blue glass exterior, while distinctive, doesn't entirely match the classic design style intended. Still, this is just a minor detail in an otherwise well-planned layout and interior design that perfectly captures the essence of urban comfort.
It's worth noting the floor density, with 14 units, which might seem a bit high for this type of development. But the building has plenty of elevators, so getting around isn't really an issue.
Regarding a luxury experience with added benefits, The Address Sathorn is firmly committed to providing a comfortable lifestyle. The generous garden area, double pool facilities, and strong security features improve the overall living quality in the complex.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
