Overview of The Met Condominium
The Met isn't just another high-rise. It’s like a small community offering a peaceful escape from the hectic city while keeping you in the heart of Bangkok's action. With 66 floors and 370 units, The Met manages to offer high-density living without the usual rush of urban life. The clever design of six private lobbies means just two units share an elevator, providing a sense of privacy and exclusivity.
Property Details
The Met suits a range of lifestyles with its classy living spaces. While there aren’t any studio or one-bedroom options, it shines by offering spacious 152 two-bedroom units (sizes between 93 and 103 square meters) and 188 three-bedroom units (ranging from 193 to 220 square meters). If you need more room, there are 24 two-story units with four bedrooms (350 to 400 square meters each) and six amazing three-story penthouses with 550 square meters of luxury. The interiors are designed with high ceilings (three meters), making spaces feel airy, and in some areas, slightly lower ceilings (2.6 meters) support detailed lighting designs.
Amenity Highlights
Living at The Met means having top-notch amenities right at your doorstep. On the 9th floor, you'll find a 50-meter infinity-edge pool, perfect for both relaxation and exercise. The space also includes lush gardens, comfy seating areas, and a game room with a pool table, offering both social and private retreats.
One standout feature is the two tennis courts, ideal for both casual players and serious athletes. These facilities are conveniently placed for easy access without sacrificing privacy or calm.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
