About Aspire Asoke - Ratchada
Aspire Asoke - Ratchada: A Highlight in Rama 9
In the lively heart of Rama 9, Aspire Asoke - Ratchada offers a cozy combination of smart design, handy features, and a top-notch location. Created by AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, this low-rise condo goes beyond being just a place to stay. It's a vibrant community right in the middle of the bustling scene of Bangkok's growing Central Business District. Let's dive into what makes this spot so special.
Property Details and Design
Aspire Asoke - Ratchada sits on over 11 rai of land (around 17,600 square meters), which is pretty impressive for a low-rise building. It consists of six buildings, each with eight stories, featuring 1,025 living units and three shops. This thoughtful layout keeps things from getting too crowded, ensuring privacy and a relaxed vibe throughout the community.
There are different unit types for varied needs, from Studio apartments of 25.26 square meters to two-bedroom units up to 51 square meters. Each unit comes "Fully Fitted," giving residents a chance to add their personal touch without undergoing major renovations. The 2.5-meter high ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness and allow plenty of light.
Amenities- A 30-meter lap pool and a 20-meter bubble pool for unwinding and fun.
- A fitness center equipped for cardio, weight training, yoga, TRX, and boxing.
- Two big gardens for relaxation and enjoying nature.
- A co-working space and a multi-function area to keep a healthy work-life balance.
- A rooftop Sky Garden on Building F for fresh air and scenic views.
Although parking at 37% isn't high, the focus here is on promoting sustainable transport options, which makes sense in a bustling city environment.
Location Insights
One of the best things about Aspire Asoke - Ratchada is where it's situated. On Soi Ratchadaphisek 3, known as "Chinese Embassy Soi," it's close to the Rama 9 intersection, a busy area with top office spaces, well-known shopping centers like Central Rama 9, and upcoming projects like the Super Tower. Everything you need is just a stone's throw away.
Transportation is easy with MRT stations like MRT Rama 9 and MRT Cultural Center about 1.2 km away. While it might not be right around the corner, inexpensive motorcycle taxis make it easy to get around. If you value connectivity, major roads like Vibhavadi-Rangsit, Ratchadaphisek, Suthisan Winitchai, and Din Daeng ensure you can access the wider city easily.
The location is also a hotspot for dining and shopping, near vibrant local eateries and the variety at Fortune Town. It's a lively urban area that perfectly mixes Bangkok's traditional and modern vibes.
A Practical Choice in Rama 9
If you're after a place with modern conveniences but prefer something low-rise, Aspire Asoke - Ratchada hits all the right notes. With prices starting at 2.19 million baht for a studio and an average of 90,000 baht/sq.m in total, it offers great value for money in this area, especially if you're on a budget.
The design here blends Classical and Colonial styles with European-style green spaces, creating a modern, stylish feel that enhances both aesthetics and function. It's not just a home, but a lifestyle decision for those who want to mix work, leisure, and the vibrant city life.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
