Right in the lively center of Bangkok, where the city's dynamic energy and modern living come together, you'll find RHYTHM Ekkamai. Located conveniently at the start of Ekkamai Road, this new development by AP isn't just a place to live; it's a peaceful spot ideal for individuals and families who want comfort and ease in one of Bangkok’s up-and-coming lifestyle areas.
What RHYTHM Ekkamai Offers
RHYTHM Ekkamai is a 32-storey high-rise that's a stylish yet practical place to live. Completed in 2018, it's one of the few ready-to-move-in options in the bustling Ekkamai area. Unlike many places where you need to wait, here you can start enjoying life in your new home right away. It's in a great spot, just 280 meters from Ekkamai BTS Station, making it easy to get around and also close to local spots like the Park Lane mall, filled with places to eat and shop.
Inside the Living Spaces
The units at RHYTHM Ekkamai range from the 7th to the 30th floor, offering different options to suit various needs. You can choose from:
- Studio apartments: These are great for singles or couples wanting a compact, efficient space starting at 30 square meters.
- One-bedroom units: Ranging from 35-38 square meters, they offer a bit more room while staying cozy.
- Two-bedroom apartments: These are 70-80 square meters and give plenty of room for small families or anyone who likes more space.
Every unit is set up to optimize space and natural light, with small variations in layout to keep things interesting and give each home its unique feel. Some units are brand new, waiting for their first residents to settle in.
Top-Notch Amenities for a Better Lifestyle
The top floors, 31st and 32nd, feature RHYTHM Ekkamai's standout amenities. The views from up there are breathtaking, offering a nice getaway from the city's hustle. You can relax by the infinity pool or get your workout in at the gym, all while enjoying panoramic views of Bangkok's skyline.
There are also plenty of spots like the Rhythm Social Club, Pocket Garden, Pool Deck, and Panoramic Theater Lounge for hanging out, helping to create a community feel. These areas make it easy to relax or hang out with neighbors as you like.
The Great Ekkamai Area
Ekkamai Road, an appealing extension of the Thonglor lifestyle corridor, has changed a lot lately. It used to be mainly shophouses, but now it's a trendy spot mixing homes and businesses. It's got a cool mix of old and new, with hip cafes and shops next to more classic places.
Being close to the Ekkamai BTS station makes getting into Bangkok's center really easy. For those with families or needing a change, Ekkamai offers simple routes out of the city to places like Ram Intra and Watcharapol, great for anyone with homes there looking for a city escape.
Though it’s more affordable than nearby Thonglor, Ekkamai doesn’t skip on lifestyle perks. Residents can enjoy the local scene without the high costs, making RHYTHM Ekkamai a good pick for young professionals and expats, especially from Japan, who are choosing Ekkamai for its balance of peace and city living.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
