Positives
Living here feels like getting the best of both worlds. The plenty of greenery around makes it really peaceful and refreshing, which helps me get a break from my screen-based work. I appreciate the clean, quiet streets combined with being close enough to Chiang Mai’s main areas so I’m not completely cut off when I want to grab a coffee or meet friends.
Negatives
There aren’t too many dining spots right on the doorstep, so if you like eating out often, it means having to drive or take a little ride into the city. Also, while I enjoy walking, the area isn’t exactly super walkable with fewer sidewalks or pedestrian-friendly routes around.
