Living around that area was pretty convenient with the well-maintained roads and easy access to public transport, which made commuting less stressful. Having gyms nearby helped me stick to my fitness routine without needing to travel far. It felt calm and safe most of the time, which is important after a long workday.

The downside was definitely the lack of good dining spots nearby. If you enjoy going out to try new restaurants or grabbing quick bites, it might feel a bit limited. On top of that, green spaces weren’t really part of the neighborhood vibe, so it wasn't the best place if you want to spend time relaxing outdoors.

It's so lovely here in Al Mizhar. I appreciate the proximity to parks where I can unwind after a busy day and the diverse restaurants that cater to different tastes. The area feels well-maintained and safe, which is a top priority for me.
السلبيات
My main gripe would be the limited dining options. While there are some nice restaurants, sometimes it's nice to have even more variety without driving too far. The lack of community centers also means fewer local events, which could make the neighborhood feel a bit more alive.
