For someone like me who enjoys going out and socializing, it's a vibrant place to be; plus, everything you need is close by, including access to public transport.

Negatives

While the location has so much going for it, I find the pollution levels can be a bit of a downside, and I sometimes wish there were gyms within walking distance or community centers to engage with neighbors. It can also feel a bit isolated in terms of community activities, which could be better for those of us looking to mingle more.
