The nearby restaurants and gyms make it simple to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle without having to travel far. Plus, having shopping malls so close is really convenient when I need to pick up anything quickly.

Negatives

One downside is the lack of green spaces around the neighborhood. It’s not.the most scenic or peaceful environment compared to some other areas in Dubai. Also, I wish there were better bike lanes since cycling can be tricky in this part of the city.
